Discover Coastal Creativity at Marina’s Newest Destination Community

Promenade at the Dunes is at the heart of a contemporary coastal village in Marina being developed by Shea Homes. The outdoor commercial-retail stroll is anchored at one end by a movie theater and village square, and at the other by acclaimed specialty grocer, Trader Joe’s.

As shoppers, diners and other visitors make their way along the tree-lined, paths, they’ll be treated to a stunning Art Walk, consisting of sculptures, mosaics, murals and graphic art. It’s fresh, colorful and contemporary — inspired by the gentle ocean breezes, hint of salt air and the glistening waves and sand just steps away.

The Art Walk communicates this coastal narrative in an unexpected fashion, connecting the natural environment and the area’s legacy military history to Promenade at the Dunes.

A Feast for your Eyes

You can pick up our Art Walk guide at the on-site sales office for our Rooftop townhome-style residences, or view an online presentation accessible with a QR code on the Promenade at the Dunes website, which will provide a brief overview of the art and artists.
