Crust Deli, a Bay Area favorite known for their oven-hot sourdough sandwiches, will open their newest location on Sand Dune Avenue. With indoor and outdoor seating, plus catering and quick service, it’s the perfect stop whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or hosting friends for a beach picnic. This signature, new location marks a true homecoming for passionate stewards of authentic Monterey sourdough starter.
And just a few storefronts away, Monterey Bay Orthodontics will be opening their fourth office, offering top-tier care for both kids and adults. From braces and aligners to whitening and TMJ treatment, it’s one more way The Dunes supports the health and happiness of everyone who lives here.
